As an ICU nurse and a proud mom of a child on the autism spectrum, I understand firsthand how deeply families need support, especially when traveling or managing daily life with unique challenges. I created Break Relief Sitters to offer more than just childcare — I created it to offer peace of mind, compassion, and unforgettable experiences.

Our mission is simple: to give families the freedom to enjoy every moment, knowing their children are in the hands of skilled, loving caregivers who truly understand. Whether it’s helping your child splash joyfully at the beach while you climb waterfalls in Jamaica, or providing a calm, sensory-aware presence at Disneyland — we’re here for all families, and we specialize in serving children with autism and other neurodiverse needs.

Every sitter and nanny on our team is hand-selected, trained, and background-checked. We are CPR-certified, travel-ready, and full of energy, empathy, and experience. But most importantly — we lead with love. Because that’s what every child deserves.
